This lag spike isn't just affecting specific districts; I tried switching from Int to European Dist and the lag spike still gets to me.

Last night I lost 2k trying to farm Fow. Lagged out and got killed. So the way I see it Anet owes me 2k . And yes I agree that I think Regina should comment on this.

I've addressed a particular issue that occurred today on this thread, specifically in this message.
At the moment, the tech team is not showing any issues with our network.
But if you're having any issues with your connection, our support team can help you figure out whether it's an issue with your ISP. It could also be a routing or a peering issue, which again depends on the different routes data goes from your computer to us and back, and it depends on what peers it goes through. Basically, it is not a straight line from your computer to our game servers, and any number of issues could affect your connection along all the routes the data travels on on the internet. (More info: routing and peering).

Yep im on the verge of quitting this game, i've not been able to HA for days, how can someone infuse with 350 avg ping with spikes up to 100,359 ping.
It's just crazy, how is the tournament going ahead? Even in PvE I went to do the zquest and we had to keep restarting because 4 different people dc'ed, on vent the guild rages while freezing, the warrior dc's but still runs around in underworld beating on the monk. I dc and get killed but i can run around while my corpse is lying on the ground (landsharking).
SORT IT OUT ANET, gah...

I want to get a feeling for this: I have not seen a single posting about Lag on the German boards, so I want to check - are all of you with lag issues based in the US?

Dear Mr Martin K,
I know you are the foreign speaking Community Manager, hence why you ask about the German / US issue.
Now, I can't help but feel un-favoured by Arena Net since I'm the one who have a 200k ping yes 200,000+ ping and been complaining about a lag issue forever, (not contacted Arena Net before about this cos I didn't think they cared). Now because US players are complaining about the ridiculous lag they get, they now get "special treatment".
SO I WANT ARENA NET TO KNOW THE ASEAN COMMUNITY IS FOREVER LAGGING!
Do not kick us onto another server or provider like you did exteel, I want to play with the global community without lag.

I am in a US Guild. We have around 10 very active members in our guild and all of us has been having very bad lag problems here lately. We have noticed that while we are talking on vent that we can be in different areas and all lag at the same time. I keep getting lagged out and it kicks me out of game. Really getting frustrated when in UW or FOW and it will not reconnect me.

thanks for the response(s)
US (texas) and i run with euros and rarely hear them complain about lag, cant ever recall hearing them say lag spike either...
i used to ping low to INT servers and would migrate there if i didnt want to die, but now it seems ANY district is lagspikes or err7 randomly.

I live in the southern United States. On Monday, I got a Code 007 five times. After that, I said that I was going to give up playing Guild Wars because it's unplayable. I'm constantly getting either incredible lag or a flat-out network drop.

Kansas, North America, game has been stupidly unplayable for about a week. No less than 2 err7 per hour.
